On February 6, 2021, we had a data update issue that resulted in some of our customers losing their data for Instagram stories and Instagram hashtag posts published between February 5, 2021, 3:00 pm and February 6, 2021, 12:25 pm (GMT).

The bug that caused the issue was resolved and we were able to recover most of the data. Unfortunately, we were unable to restore image previews and media type (image or video) for affected Instagram stories. Such stories will appear blank on your report but will provide correct numbers for the graphs.

Instagram hashtag reports may have posts missing on February 5 and 6. Hashtags under 3000 posts were unaffected.
