We would like to let you know that a bug has been impacting the Facebook/Instagram API, causing issues in retrieving analytics data since 28th June. At present, this bug primarily affects age-restricted accounts, resulting in missing follower data.

If your account is affected, you may notice that the Follower counts, Gained and Lost Followers, Follower Change, and the demographic metrics will not be available starting 28th June, 2023.

Facebook is aware of the bug and is working on a fix, which we hope will be released soon.
