We are excited to introduce a new metric for Instagram: Comment Sentiment.

This metric analyzes the emotional tone of the comments on your posts and shows whether the overall tone is positive, negative, or neutral. By understanding the sentiment of your audience, you can gain insights into how they feel about your brand or product and create more engaging and positively received content.

The Comment Sentiment graph, available in the Posts section for Instagram, displays the average sentiment of all posts published within a selected period. Additionally, the sentiment rate for individual posts can be viewed by selecting this option from the sorting drop-down menu.
