If your metrics are not as you expected, one of these explanations could help:
Stories expire after 24 hours - we can only track live stories from your Instagram business account.
We cannot track re-posts from other accounts.
Live video cannot be tracked.
If a story was added to your highlights, it will not be available as part of your metrics if it has already expired.
