Number of Posts

This is the total number of posts published during the selected date range. It allows you to easily track how much content was uploaded and when it was added.

Note: If no posts were published on certain days, no data will be available for that date period.


Number of Likes

This is the total number of times your posts have been liked during the selected date range.

Number of Comments

This is the total number of times your posts have been commented on during the selected date range.

Number of Shares

This is the total number of times your posts have been shared during the selected date range.

Video Views

The number of times your videos played for at least 3 seconds, or for nearly their total length if they're shorter than 3 seconds.

Impressions

This is the total number of times your posts were seen.

Reach

This is the total number of times your posts have been viewed by unique users.

Please note that, unlike other metrics, the Reach graph doesn't show data in relation to the posts published on a given day. It reports data for when Reach was gained, not Reach of the posts published on a given day.

Post Engagement Rate

This is calculated as the sum of all likes, comments and shares divided by the number of followers during the selected date range.

This graph shows the average engagement rate of posts published during the selected date range. Knowing your busiest times is crucial for maximum engagement and knowing which key times to promote your products and services to your followers.

Page Engagement Rate

This is calculated as the sum of all likes, comments and shares divided by the number of followers during the selected date range.

Reach Rate

This is the total number of unique accounts that have seen your posts divided by the number of followers on the day of the post. The average reach rate of posts published on a given day.

Engagement Rate by Reach

This is calculated as the sum of all likes, comments and shares divided by the amount of Reach that your post received. The graph shows the average Engagement Rate by Reach of posts published on a given day.

Follower Change

This shows the change of followers on the account in the first 24 hours the media was published.

Top Posts

This area lets you gain deeper insights into how your audience has engaged with your specific posts. You can sort your top posts by Engagement Rate, Likes, Comments, Shares, Reach, Impressions, Video Views, Link Clicks, Reach Rate, Engagement Rate by Reach, Fan Change, or by Date.
