Starting today, Reels Plays displayed also include Replays in addition to Initial Plays. As a result, you may notice an increase in your Reels Plays data.

Initial Plays are counted when your Reel starts to play for the first time in a reel session.

Replays are counted when your Reel starts playing again after the Initial Play in the same reel session.

You can see a breakdown of Plays data, including Initial Plays and Replays, in the Plays tooltip.

Initial Plays and Replays are available for Reels published since February 2023.
