Number of Posts

This is the total number of posts published during the selected date range. It allows you to easily track how much content was uploaded, which type of content it was and when it was added. 

Note: If no posts were published on certain days, no data will be available for that date period.

Likes

This is the total number of Likes by post type.

Comments

This is the total number of Comments by post type.

Video Views

This is the number of times your videos were viewed.

Historical data for Video Views is available for Instagram business accounts for up to two years, or since converted to a business account.

Impressions

This is the total number of times your posts were seen.

Use hashtags to boost exposure and get engagement on your posts from potential new followers.

Saved

This is the number of times unique accounts saved your posts.

Users have the option to save a post to go back to at a later time. This can be found in the ‘Saved’ section of their profile. Saved posts can be an indication of how interesting or relevant your content is to your users. It is a great feature because users can re-visit your content months later, leading them back to your brand!

Post Engagement Rate

This is calculated as the sum of all likes and comments divided by the number of posts, divided by the number of followers.

This graph shows the average engagement rate of posts published during the selected date range. Knowing your busiest times is crucial for maximum engagement and knowing which key times to promote your products and services to your followers.

Profile Engagement Rate

This is calculated as the sum of all likes and comments, divided by the number of followers.

This shows the percentage of your followers who interacted with your profile. It is important to see when your followers are interacting with your profile the most so that you can publish content accordingly.

Reach Rate

This is the total number of unique accounts that have seen your posts divided by the number of followers on the day of the post. The average reach rate of posts published on the given day.

Engagement Rate by Reach

This is calculated as the sum of all likes, comments and saves divided by the amount of Reach that your post received. The graph shows the average Engagement Rate by Reach of posts published on the given day.

Top Posts

This area lets you gain deeper insights into how your audience has engaged with your specific posts. You can sort your top posts by Engagement Rate, Interactions, Likes, Comments, Reach, Reach rate, Impressions, Video Views, Saves and Engagement Rate by Reach.

Instagram account media data is updated hourly.

Historical data for Top posts is available except for archived and ad posts.
